Dialogue with amazing team at Aspire Wellness Centre on 12 July 2023 on impact of trauma especially during pre-perinatal period and how early experience can have lasting impact on our health and importance of co-regulation of nervous systems. As one of the audience, Aisya said: "I admire everyone’s strength and calmness in this conversation. It is not easy to openly discuss the importance of co-regulating our emotions and beyond. We live in a world where we listen to too much noise. Many of us do not have that support to co-regulate or are not seeking “enough” for it. Thank you for this discussion. I will learn to accept help and welcome co-regulation with anyone who require the same safe space as I do."
