If you are looking for more flexibility or fewer appointments, and want to benefit from some birth preparation, I've got you covered! This 3-hour in-person or online consultation is tailored to your personal needs, inspired by   Compassionate Inquiry®, using HeartMath® and Body Ready Method® techniques.

This is suitable even if you are not sure of your birth choices or if you are preparing for elective caesarean and want to be equipped with family-centred and rehab strategy.

This is most beneficial if you have had previous traumatic birth and want to integrate your experience to gain understanding and practical tools to resolve fear, anxiety and emotion.

If you want to equip yourself with knowledge and tools to support your older children through transition, you will be given excellent resources and understanding on neurobiology for sibling preparation.
