By harmonising the uniqueness of your body with positioning and movements, we stack all the cards in your favour.

Prenatal care to prime your body


Body preparation for optimal birthing experience is essential. Very often it focuses on end of pregnancy exercises. Starting earlier than third trimester to create balance, space and functions in the body is ideal, and encouraged. This therapy session includes assessment of your body alignment and movement tools for continuing self care.


Support your progress in birth


Attention and time are essential for you and your body movements to encourage intuitive labour-flow state and optimise balance and space for the baby. Whether you are near the due date, or your baby is not in optimal position, or your labour is not progressing, I am here to support you at my clinic or at your home or hospital.


Nourish your postpartum care


Postpartum care often does not get the attention it deserves. Regardless of your birth experience, let's honour your body, the time and care you need. I believe in combining rest and movement, using Body Ready Method® postpartum recovery protocols and Craniosacral Therapy's biodynamic approach.

No words can describe how privileged I feel supporting women through birthing and providing continuous postpartum care. Having been trained by Australian Doula College, amplified by comprehensive Body Ready Method®, my trove of knowledge and skills are awaiting to be shared with you.


I believe in your innate ability in birthing by supporting your intuition and empowering you with appropriate tools. I believe in prenatal preparation using biodynamic and biomechanical approach to optimise your experience.
