• Initial complimentary meeting
• 3 practical prenatal appointments (up to 3 hours each) to cover birth planning and skills, plus body balancing using Body Ready Method® and tools to maintain heart coherence for stress management using HeartMath® techniques
• Basics in childbirth education including breastfeeding
• On call for two weeks before your estimated due date
• Labour and birth support with positionings and movements
• 1 postnatal appointment (up to 2 hours) to debrief and discuss early issues
• Access to a bundle of handouts and resources with self-care tools

If you are seeking for comprehensive preparation for birth but do not need my personal labour and birth support, this package gives you a peace of mind:

• Initial complimentary meeting
• In-depth coaching and preparation for up to 12 hours of in-person and virtual support
• 3 informational and practical prenatal appointments to cover birth planning, birthing skills and body balancing using Body Ready Method® and tools to maintain heart coherence for stress management to reduce anxiety using HeartMath® techniques 
• Basics in childbirth education including breastfeeding
• Preparation before birth to help you feel empowered
• Access to a bundle of handouts and resources with self-care tools like meditation, affirmations and more!

If you are looking for more flexibility or fewer appointments, and want to benefit from some birth preparation, I've got you covered! This 3-hour in-person or online consultation is tailored to your personal needs. 

This is suitable even if you are not sure of your birth choices or if you are preparing for elective caesarean and want to be equipped with family-centred and rehab strategy.

This is most beneficial if you have had previous traumatic birth and want to integrate your experience. You will gain understanding and practical tools to resolve fear, anxiety and emotion.

If you want to equip yourself with knowledge and tools to support your older children through transition, you will be provided excellent resources and understanding on neurobiology for sibling preparation.
