METASOMA, beyond the body in Greek, symbolises the innate expression of health. It serves as the fulcrum to reunite with our intrinsic wholeness, ever-present, ever-potent.
Hi, I'm Lisa Lee, a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Body Ready Method® Birth Pro, with years of therapeutic practice in yoga, meditation and somatic healing. My approach to holistic health is integrated in the essence of METASOMA, our innate expression of health.
My service is heart-to-heart, centring in our inner core. My role is to meet you where you are, honouring your innateness, empowering your uniqueness. With sincere heart, I strive to hold a safe pace for your body, mind and heart to be heard and healed.
In-person session to allow your soma to be held and heard from my heart.
It's my hope to be the anchor of safety in this sacred rite of passage.
Your soma knows no distance in healing. The power is the stillness within us.
"I have had the pleasure of witnessing Lisa’s amazing work both personally and professionally. Like Lisa, I also work as a doula supporting women during pregnancy, labour and the postnatal period. I have referred clients to Lisa for craniosacral therapy to assist them with a range of issues including optimal foetal positioning, labour tips/tricks, caesarean-section recovery, and longstanding pain associated with personal trauma, all with good results thanks to Lisa. She also treats babies and conducts beautiful mother-baby sessions.
I have also seen Lisa for craniosacral therapy myself to help with stress and tension. I am always impressed by the power of her touch and how intuitive she is. Lisa takes the time and effort to get to know her clients on not only a physical level, but also an emotional one. She genuinely cares for the wellbeing of her clients and provides a safe, positive and calming presence to create an incredibly relaxing and healing environment. Lisa’s work helps on so many levels and I highly recommend her services."
